S.G Emmett tins are made using traditional methods so the squares and rectangles are cut, notched, folded and then joined together using a hammer on an anvil. Wires are rolled into the top for strength. This method of making tins enables S.G Emmett to produce a cake tin that is of thin metal and gives neat edges for your cake which cake decorators love. The thinness of the metal cooks cakes more evenly for better results.

Care Instructions:
this tin has been coated with a thin layer of cooking oil to protect it;
hand wash is warm water using mild soap or detergent, do not use harsh abrasives. Dry thoroughly in a warm oven;
to season coat it in a very fine layer of olive oil and place it in a cold oven upside down, bring the oven temperature up to very hot. Bake for 20 minutes then allow to cool. You may wish to repeat; and
