Kontex towels are woven at gentle speeds on traditional weaving machines in the the famous towel making region of Imabari. This manufacturing process brings out the natural softness of the materials and makes these towels as soft and silky as cashmere, yet durable enough for everyday use.
The towels have two sides: an ultra-soft cotton weave and a looped cotton terrycloth pile. The exceptional design and care in processing the cotton makes these towels highly absorbent, lightweight, fast-drying and environmentally friendly. Each towel is naturally dyed with ingredients like bamboo charcoal, coffee, and black tea to create a spectrum of complementary neutral shades.

Care: Machine wash with cold water and mild detergent. No bleach or fabric softeners. Hang or tumble dry low.
