Simple original wooden soap dish made from Kiso cypress - known for it's antibacterial property and moisture resistance.

Please note: the natural oils of the cypress wood may seep out and become a stain. This oil has antibacterial activity, it also gives off luster as a natural wax, repels moisture and is the source of the scent. If you are concerned about the stickiness of the surface, you can remove it to some extent by wiping it with ethanol or alcohol.
