The warp is a single strand of hard wearing jute twine, the weft has been woven from plaited lengths of all natural, sustainable jute. The mat is thin, giving a low profile for suitable spaces - it is about 5mm thick. The natural and hand woven nature of the mat provides each mat with individual characteristics.
